Laborer
We are interviewing capable and reliable general laborers to join our team. You’ll take
direction from the project foreman to help prepare job sites, load, and unload construction materials, remove debris, assist team members, and perform any other general labor needed. You should be great at following instructions, with a can-do attitude. Responsibilities:
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure you and your team members are free from injury.
- Ensure that all materials, tools and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is clean.
- Clear away any trash, debris, or hazardous materials to prep the site before construction begins.
- Help your team with all stages of construction to make sure that the job is done as efficiently as possible.
- Support tradespeople and heavy equipment workers to complete the project in a efficient manner
Qualifications:
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DETAILED BACKGROUND CHECK, WORK TO BE PERFORMED ON MILITARY INSTALLATIONS.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred.
- Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training.
- This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance.

Equipment Operator
We are interviewing capable and reliable equipment operators to join our team. You’ll take direction from the project foreman to help prepare job sites, operate equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, haul trucks, water trucks, excavators, rollers.

Responsibilities:
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure you and your team members are free from injury.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and be able to conduct a thorough pre-op checklist, reporting problems to the supervisor.
- Operate and take directions from the foreman or superintendent to complete the project in a quick and efficient manner while putting safety as the number one priority.
- Help your team with all stages of construction to make sure that the job is done as efficiently as possible.
- Support tradespeople and laborers to complete the project in an efficient manner
Qualifications:
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DETAILED BACKGROUND CHECK, WORK TO BE PERFORMED ON MILITARY INSTALLATIONS.
